Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken sausage
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the sausage until it turns slightly brown.

    Add the onion and peppers and sauté until soft, scraping all the brown bits as it cooks.

    Add garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
