One of the most inconvenient issues those of us that work full time face is meal planning. Eating out at restaurants every day is not only a financial problem, but it also affects diet and time. The ideal solution would be finding lunch recipes that are easy and save us time as well as money. Wraps are a great solution to this problem, they're easy to pack, are nutritious and require very simple preparation. Besides, we can fill them with our favorite ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of pita, tortilla, or preferred wrap
  • 2 thick slices of turkey
  • 3 lettuce leaves, washed and chopped
  • 3 strips of bacon, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Directions

    Place one tortilla on top of the other to prevent it from unrolling.

    Add the slices of turkey, the mayo, bacon and lettuce.

    Roll and use a toothpick to help seal the wrap.
