Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 cup fresh peas, cooked
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 lb potato, sliced
  • Rosemary, to taste
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

Directions

    In a bowl, mix the tuna with green beans and lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Season the potatoes with rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

    Add cilantro. Serve the tuna over the baked potatoes.
