One of my favorite cuisines is Asian food. The dishes are filled with fresh flavors and wholesome ingredients. I love their sushi and soups, especially the one I usually order at my favorite restaurant. It's ramen soup with bok choy and egg, perfect for cold days or when we want something comforting. Preparing this soup is easy. I've even gotten into using just a few ingredients while keeping the same delicious flavor. Recently, while watching my favorite culinary show, one very famous chef created his own version of this soup using the economical ramen noodles you find at the grocery store. His method seemed so simple that it made me want to create my own version! Today I'm sharing with you not only one my favorite recipes, but also a recipe that can save you time and money. Enjoy!
