Ingredients

  • 1 white onion
  • 1/4 cup bacon
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups turkey stock
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/8 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

    Dice the onion and bacon and fry them in a pan.

    Melt the butter in a pot and add the flour. Once mixed, keep stirring and add the turkey broth. The sauce will continue to thicken.

    Add the onion, bacon, salt, pepper and milk. Add the finely chopped nuts.

    Serve and enjoy!
