Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios™

Directions

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a nonstick saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter until foamy, stir in sugar and salt, and continue cooking until sugar dissolves and becomes golden brown, about 4 minutes.

    Carefully remove saucepan from heat, stir in Honey Nut Cheerios™ and quickly pour out mixture on prepared baking sheet and with bake of spoon evenly spread into a layer.

    Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, break into pieces, and serve.
