Ingredients

  • 4 lamb loin chops
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large plastic bag, turn bag to coat and marinate for 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Preheat indoor grill or large skillet, add olive oil to coat pan and cook lamb about 4 minutes on each side.

    Transfer lamb chops to oven and cook for additional 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
