Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons peppercorns
  • 6 garlic cloves

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 325°F. Place the loin on paper towels and add plenty of salt and pepper on either side. Add more to cover both surfaces if necessary.

    Place the loins on a baking dish and use a knife to create 3 dents in each to insert garlic cloves.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 4 hours at 325°F. Serve hot with vegetables or mashed potatoes.
