Delicate citrus fudge is the perfect after-dinner treat for Easter Sunday. Bright, refreshing and easy to make, this fudge will soon become a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons lemon extract
  • Zest from 1/2 lemon
  • Powdered sugar, to taste

Directions

    Generously coat an 8x8 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and line with parchment paper.

    In a nonstick pan over low, heat chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring occasionally until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; add lemon extract and lemon zest.

    Pour into baking pan and place in fridge overnight. Remove from baking pan, dust with powdered sugar, slice and serve.
