Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (7 oz) uncooked spaghetti, broken into thirds
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped red onion
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Directions

    Cook spaghetti as directed on pkg, adding frozen mixed vegetables during last 5-7 min of cooking time; cook until vegetables are tender. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.

    In medium bowl, gently toss all ingredients to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hr to blend flavors.
