Forget about the cold this winter. Have a creamy coconut milk and banana smoothie with Greek yogurt and you’ll feel like you’re on a tropical island. Now all you’ll need to do is to garnish it with a fun umbrella in your drink.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Yoplait® Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
  • 8 pecans, halved
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk

Directions

    In a blender combine the Greek yogurt, banana, oatmeal, grated coconut and pecan halves.

    Add the honey and coconut milk.

    Blend at medium-high speed for 60 seconds or until you get a soft and creamy consistency.

    Serve in a large glass. Enjoy!

    If unable to find coconut milk, use 3/4 cup milk or almond milk and 2 tablespoons coconut cream.
