During the end of the year holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year), it's always good to have snacks like delicious cheese plates at hand. I love that these platters require minimal effort and I can prepare everything days in advance, like this Carmenere and cranberry sauce. Once your guests arrive, place it in the oven and serve it hot. No one will be able to resist!
