This sauce is delicious! I always have it in the refrigerator ready to go. It serves as a party dip, but also goes well in sandwiches, tacos or baked potatoes. It's a great addition to nearly any dish!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 1 hothouse cucumber, peeled and shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons of dill, fresh or dry
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Directions

    Mix everything in a medium bowl.

    Cover and refrigerate until you're ready to serve.

    You can keep the sauce refrigerated for up to one week.

    If the taste of the Greek yogurt is too intense, you can use 2 cups of Greek yogurt and 1 cup of unflavored Yoplait® yogurt.
