Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Sugar Cookie Dough (24 Count)
  • 1 Yoplait® Greek coconut yogurt
  • 2 kiwis, sliced in small triangles
  • 2 pineapple rounds, sliced in small triangles
  • 1/3 cup sweetened coconut, shredded

Directions

    Preaheat oven to 350° F.

    Place cookie dough rounds about 2 inches apart on ungreased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

    Bake 11-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes and remove from cookie sheet.

    Place cookies on a serving platter, spread a thin layer of yogurt on each cookie then top with kiwi fruit, pineapple and sweetened coconut. Serve immediately.
