Ingredients

  • 4 tenderloin steaks (6 ounces each) (filet mignon)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of cheese, of your choice
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 roasted bell pepper
  • Chimichurri sauce, optional
  • Cooking spray

Directions

    Season the steaks with salt and pepper and spray a little bit of cooking spray on a grill. Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve on a hamburger bun with cheese, ham, chimichurri sauce and roasted red pepper.

    You can substitute your filet for sirloin steak, beefsteak or chicken breast.

    Do not overcook the meat or it will have a burnt taste.
