Sapote is a tropical fruit commonly found in Central America, Mexico and South America. The pulp is sweet and fleshy, perfect for desserts and tasty drinks. I remember that it was common to see the fruit vendors on the streets of Colombia; they were always very attentive to the customers and diced the sapote as requested. Luckily, I still have the pleasure of enjoying this delicious ingredient, specifically in shakes. A treat that I like to prepare with few ingredients and in less than 5 minutes.
