Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (10 Count)
  • 1 can peach pie filling
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

    Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

    In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.

    Evenly coat a 10-inch oven-safe skillet with melted butter.

    Add vanilla to remaining melted butter, dip each biscuit in melted butter and toss to coat in cinnamon sugar.

    Arrange biscuits in skillet, top with peach pie filling and pour any remaining melted butter and cinnamon sugar over peaches.

    Bake 30 minutes until biscuits are lightly golden and puffy.

    While the peach skillet biscuit pie bakes whisk together powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over warm peach skillet biscuit pie. Serve warm.
