Our papaya chia smoothie is like sunshine in a glass. Made with fresh or frozen papaya, this smoothie comes together quickly plus it has the added benefits of chia seeds. Feel free to use orange or pineapple juice in this smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup papaya chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

    Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.

    Prep ahead: Dice a whole papaya and freeze in one layer on a baking sheet. Once frozen, divide into plastic bags of 1 cup. Place into freezer to make smoothies.
