Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup shredded Oaxaca cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked shredded chicken

Directions

    Heat a nonstick griddle pan to medium heat.

    Shred the cheese and the chicken.
  •

    Carefully place one tortilla on the griddle.

    Evenly spread cheese and chicken over tortilla.

    Top with second tortilla.

    Grill on each side for two minutes or until cheese melts completely.

    Remove from griddle pan and cut into squares.
