This kale chimichurri is a great variation of the traditional Argentine recipe made with fresh parsley, garlic, ground pepper, vegetable oil and white vinegar. This sauce is perfect to serve with red meat, chicken, fish, grilled vegetables and even with pasta.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Add all ingredients to a food processor, pulse a few times until everything is processed. Transfer to a glass bowl and refrigerate until you’re ready to use it.
