Donuts are a classic. I have learned that donuts are a dessert that will never lose popularity but will only evolve in time. One of my favorite cooking tools lately is a donut pan. With this pan, donuts can be baked and not fried. To add personality to a good baked donut, a glaze and a fun topping is a must. Hershey’s™ just released a fun and delicious Cookies ‘n’ Creme Cereal that my son absolutely loves. It’s so much fun to eat, I decided to incorporate it in this baked donut recipe as well to use it as a unique topping that is crunchy, creamy and pairs perfectly well with a sweet chocolate donut. Enjoy it with a tall glass of cold milk and savor every moment.
