Energize yourself with this delicious green tea yogurt smoothie. My favorite thing about smoothies is that they’re really versatile and you can use different ingredients to prepare them. Usually, smoothies are made with milk or fruit/vegetable juice, but it’s also fun to use other ingredients like green tea.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup green tea, cold
  • 1 cup green spinach
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup Yoplait® Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

    Blend the green tea with the spinach, apple, Greek yogurt, the juice of 1 lemon and honey for 60 to 90 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
