Kids will love this green smoothie. It not only looks fun but it is also sweet and delicious to enjoy as a snack in between meals. Including banana makes it creamy and sweet. No sugar is needed! But if you prefer a sweeter version, you can always add honey or agave nectar.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat free milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 green apple, stem removed and quartered
  • 1 red Anjou pear, stem removed and quartered
  • Pumpkin seeds, to taste, for garnish
  • Candy eyes, to taste, for garnish

Directions

    Place ingredients in a blender container and blend until smooth.

    Serve and decorate with pumpkin seeds and candy eyes.

    Enjoy immediately!
