Ingredients

  • 2 ozs aged rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz sugar cane syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Ice, to taste
  • 1 thin slice of lemon, to garnish

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients together. Revolve with a spoon to help dissolve the sugar cane syrup.

    Add the amount of ice desired before closing and shaking.

    Serve in a large cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
