Ingredients

Yogurt Dressing

  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt strawberry
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Salad

  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • 1 cup cubed fresh peaches
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup peeled shredded jicama
  • 4 round slices watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon toasted pumpkin seeds

Directions

    In small bowl, mix Yogurt Dressing ingredients until well blended. Set aside.

    In medium bowl, mix grapes, peaches, strawberries and jicama.

    To serve, cut each watermelon slice into 10 wedges; remove rind. Arrange 5 melon wedges on each of 8 plates in a circle with points outward to look like a star. Spoon fruit mixture onto center of each star. Top with dressing; sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
