French Fries with Parmesan Cheese and Garlic

Today I have delicious recipe for oven-baked French fries. Often times we will turn to frozen fries from the supermarket because they're tasty and can be quickly pre-pared, but today I'm going to teach you how to make homemade oven-baked fries with parmesan cheese and garlic, just in case you get the craving or just don't have frozen fries at home. This recipe is perfect as a side for grilled meats.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into long chunks
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly sprinkle the baking dish with cooking spray.

    Place the potatoes in one layer on the dish. Add the olive oil, garlic and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir softly to mix.

    Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until they've browned.

    Add fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
