Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup asiago cheese
  • 1/4 cup fontina cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400° F.

    Cook the sprouts in half a cup of water with salt for 8 to 10 minutes. Strain and transfer to a mold, add the butter, cream, all the cheese and the shredded bread.

    Bake for 15 minutes until the cheeses gratin. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
