Ingredients

  • 3 containers (6 oz each) Greek honey vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Neufchâtel cream cheese 1/3 less fat, cold
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries. if desired
  • Mint leaves, if desired

Directions

    In medium bowl with electric mixer, mix yogurt, cream cheese, cocoa and honey until well blended. Divide evenly into 6 cups (dessert cups). Refrigerate until thick, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Top each dessert bowl or cups with fruit and a mint leaf, if desired.
