Everyone loves oatmeal cookies. Chewy, moist and loaded with oatmeal goodness, these classic cookies taste even better when you drizzle them with dulce de leche.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup dulce de leche

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Liberally spray a baking sheet with non-stick cook spray.

    In a large bowl combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.

    In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs until well combined.

    Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Drop cookie batter by the tablespoon onto baking sheet, 1 inch apart.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven, cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, and place on cooling racks to cool completely.

    Once all cookies have been baked and cooled, drizzle with dulce de leche and serve.
