Natural fruit juices are my favorite drinks, and lemonade is usually at the top if my list. Though I tend to prefer plain lemonade, I really enjoy preparing different combinations using lemon juice. During the hot seasons, I like mixing refreshing flavors like mint and watermelon. Another refreshing and simple juice is adding cucumber with lemonade, it's truly delicious! For celebratory events, add a few drops of vodka or tequila to turn this simple drink into a delicious cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, cut in half and seedless
  • 1 cup of natural lemon juice
  • 1 liter of water
  • Agave to sweeten or a cup of sugar

Directions

    Cut the cucumber into slices and put it in the blender with water and agave. Blend well.

    Once blended, add the lemon juice and blend once again.

    Pour the mixture into glasses with lots of ice. Serve cold
