Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Heat up a frying pan or griddle.

    Add a little of the pancake batter. Add enough batter until you have a pancake of the desired size.

    Cook evenly on each side.

    Crush Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ and mix with sugar.

    Sprinkle mix on top of the pancakes for a delicious final touch.
