Ingredients

  • 3 round Italian focaccia breads (about 10 inches in diameter)
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 12 to 20 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 12 oz thinly sliced smoked turkey
  • 12 oz thinly sliced salami
  • 12 oz sliced smoked provolone cheese

Directions

    Cut each bread horizontally in half. Drizzle dressing evenly over cut sides of bottom and top halves of bread.

    Layer lettuce, turkey, salami and cheese on bottom halves. Top with top halves. Secure loaves with toothpicks or small skewers. Cut each loaf into 8 wedges.
