Ingredients

  • 1 package of blue raspberry-flavored cake mix
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup of canola oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 jar of blue raspberry-flavored frosting
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of raspberry jam

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 350° F.

    Prepare the cake mix as per the instructions on the box. Pour the dough into a previously greased cake pan and bake for 30 minutes or as per the instructions.

    When it’s ready remove it from the oven and let it cool. Once cool, cover the cake with the blue raspberry frosting.

    Add the jam to a cup and mix well. Add a teaspoon of water if the jam is too thick.

    Spread the jam around on the cake and finish by adding the blackberries and blueberries. Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
