Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 lb of beef, cut into thin strips
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag (10-oz) Cascadian Farm™ frozen Chinese-Style Stirfry Blend
  • 8 ozs teriyaki sauce
  • 4 cups cooked white rice (optional)

Directions

    Add the oil to a saucepan over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot add the meat and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until it has browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let cook for one more minute. Stir constantly to prevent it from burning. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    Add the vegetables to the same pan and fry for 5 minutes or until they're soft.

    Add the meat once again and mix with the vegetables. Add the teriyaki sauce, mix well and let cook for 2 minutes.

    Serve warm over white rice, if you'd like.
