This delicious appetizer known as volcano or ball of fire is perfect for parties, birthdays or family reunions. As you've noticed, this dish has many names and there are many ways to present it, but it normally consists of 3 main ingredients: cream cheese, pineapple jam and canned precooked pork meat. I like giving it a special twist by using a little bit of yogurt or cream to soften the cheese.
