Ingredients

  • 4-6 grilled arepa
  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or to taste)
  • Black pepper, to taste

Directions

    Place 2 avocados in a bowl and mash them with a fork.

    Add the onion, chicken, mayonnaise, black pepper to taste, and the rest of the avocado. Mix until everything is well blended.

    Open the arepa in half and stuff it with the chicken and avocado filling.

    Serve immediately.
