Cocínalo 1 minuto o hasta que los granos estén ligeramente dorados, revolviéndolos a menudo.

Agrega el caldo de pollo, los gránulos, el azafrán, la cúrcuma, las ramitas de perejil, los camarones, los pimientos rojos y la sal. Tápala; cocina todo por 20 minutos. Añade los chícharos.
